The Houston Chapter of NOBLE, held their 4  th annual scholarship golf tournament, at Hermann Park, on Nov.3rd. Special Agent Henry L. Mosley Jr., U.S. Dept. of Justice, Federal Advisor of the Houston Chapter was the coordinator of this event.
